EnerBiz Ltd: Domestic Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to domestic customers contracting for energy procurement through EnerBiz Ltd, company number 16712101 whose registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

Cooling-Off Rights

Domestic customers are entitled to a statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period beginning on the day the contract is agreed. During this period the customer may cancel without penalty.

Commission

EnerBiz receives commission from suppliers for arranging domestic contracts. This commission is included in the tariff price. The structure may vary by supplier. Customers may request written disclosure of the commission EnerBiz receives in respect of their contract.

Supplier Contract

By entering into a domestic contract the customer contracts directly with the supplier. EnerBiz acts as an intermediary.

Complaints

Customers who wish to raise a complaint should follow the EnerBiz Complaints Handling Procedure. If the complaint is not resolved within eight weeks, customers may refer the matter to the Energy Ombudsman.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
